SUBSTANCE: system has heat exchangers connected through forward and return water lines to mixing pond incorporating cooler connected to forward water line through connecting pipeline with flowrate regulator and ejector whose mixing chamber is connected to return water line provided with pressure controller; nozzle portion of ejector has helical grooves on inner surface communicating with annular groove connected to mud collector; cooler has vertical case whose side walls and sectional partitions installed therein are zigzag-shaped and form in each section diffusers and contractions disposed in staggered manner relative to adjacent sections.
