FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Return water supply system includes heat exchangers connected by direct and return water mains to pool-mixer equipped with cooler connected to straight line by connecting pipeline with flow control and ejector, mixing chamber of which is connected to the water return line with the pressure regulator, and the ejector nozzle part on the inner surface has helical grooves connected to the annular groove connected to the contaminant collector, wherein cooler includes vertical housing, which side walls and sectional partitions installed in it are zigzag-shaped and form in each section diffusers and confusors located relative to adjacent sections in staggered order, besides, the flow rate regulator is equipped with a gate valve with a speed controller drive in the form of a powdered electromagnetic couplings unit, and on the straight water line there is a temperature sensor connected to the temperature controller, which contains a comparison unit and a setting unit, wherein comparison unit is connected to input of electronic amplifier, equipped with nonlinear feedback unit, besides, output of electronic amplifier is connected to input of magnetic amplifier with rectifier, output of which is connected to gate valve speed regulator, besides, partitions of diffusers and confusors are made of bimetal, wherein internal material of diffusers has coefficient of thermal conductivity in 2.0–2.5 times higher than coefficient of heat conductivity of internal material of confusors, wherein heat exchangers are equipped with thermoelectric generator, made in the form of housing with two through channels for hot and cooled water with set of differential thermocouples, "hot" ends of which are located inside the passage channel for hot water, and their "cold" ends are located in the passage channel for cooled water, wherein inlet of through channel for hot water is connected through three-way valve with return line after heat exchangers, and its output is connected to return line in front of pool-mixer, in addition, inlet of passage channel for cooled water is connected to straight pressure main line before pressure regulator, and its output is connected through three-way valve to pool-mixer, wherein outer surface of each of heat exchangers is coated with thin-fiber basalt material made in form of twisted beams longitudinally stretched from straight line before heat exchangers to return line after heat exchangers, wherein the "hot" and "cold" ends of the set of differential thermocouples in the passage channels for hot and cooled water of the housing of the thermoelectric generator are coated with a dielectric of tantalum oxide in the form of a nano-like glassy film. A device for trapping fine-dispersed drop-like moisture is provided, which includes a body in the form of a pseudo-sphere located above the cooler, wherein the lower base of the pseudo sphere is tightly connected to the cooler, and the vertex is connected to the air environment through the outlet opening.
EFFECT: invention allows providing normalized temperature mode of cooling at varying ambient air temperatures.
