FIELD: heating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to reverse water supply systems of industrial enterprises. System of reverse water supply contains heat exchangers connected with direct and reverse water mains to mixing basin equipped with cooler. The basin is connected to direct mains by connecting pipeline with flow regulator and ejector, the mixing chamber of which is connected to reverse water mains with pressure regulator. On the inside surface the nozzle part of ejector has spiral grooves connected with ring groove connected to contamination collector. At this the cooler includes vertical body, side walls and section blinds of which are made zigzagging. In each section they create diffusers and confusers located chequer-wise in respect to neighboring sections. The cooler is equipped with spray nozzle consisting of nozzles as widening nozzles located in couples the inside surfaces of which have curve grooves in each pair of nozzles. In the first pair of nozzles the curve grooves move in clockwise direction and the second pair of nozzles grooves are directed counter clockwise. Moreover, the blinds of diffusers and confusers are made of bimetal plates. The inside metal of diffusers has heat conductance 2.5-3 times more than heat conductance of inside material of confusers.
EFFECT: maintenance of effective work of reverse water supply system given long operation in the conditions of contamination accumulation.
