FIELD: electric ink-drop and -jet technology. SUBSTANCE: given hydraulic system is characterized by inclusion of circuits of viscosimetry and metered pouring of solvent in addition to circuit of pressure pumping with drop generator, circuit of suction with trap for unused drops and circuit of discharge. Trap for unused drops has sensor of jet hitting with tube made of optically clear material and optron in the form of light-emitting diode and photodiode. Tube of sensor includes meniscus-former and siphon-collector produced in the form of bends to change direction of liquid flow between which section of tube located between light- emitting diode and photodiode is positioned. Optron is electrically coupled to device recording and processing motion of meniscuses to optimize control over operation of hydraulic system. Technical result of employment of invention lies in provision of control over viscosity of ink, in automatization of operation of hydraulic system, in improved quality of printing, in widened functional potential and in raised operational reliability of hydraulic system. EFFECT: increased operational reliability of trap for unused drops with sensor of drop hitting, enhanced adaptability of hydraulic system for manufacture. 12 cl, 4 dwg
