FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining the dependence of the refractive index and viscosity of the paint on the paint dry residual, measuring the critical angle of the total internal reflection of the paint by means of a refractometer, determining refraction index of the paint from the value of the critical angle of the total internal reflection, and determining the concentration of the dry residual and violate component of the paint from the dependence of the refraction index on the dry residual. The device comprises circuits of pressurization, discharging, viscosimetry and solvent supply, and control unit.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
