FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing biological object into 0.1% isotonic trypsin solution for 30 min and then, thoroughly washing it with isotonic sodium chloride solution. The produced preparations are placed on two degreased glass slides. Two drops of Anti_A isoserum are added to one biological object and two drops of Anti_B isoserum are added to another biological object and the objects are hold in humid chambers for 22-24 h at 4 C temperature. Then object is thoroughly washed with isotonic sodium chloride solution cooled to 1-2 C and eluted on 1% albumin solution. One drop of n isotonic sodium chloride solution is added to the produced preparations and the preparations are covered with cover glasses. Blood group is determined under microscopic examination on the basis of corresponding agglutinates availability. EFFECT: high sensitivity and specificity of the method.
