FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, toxicology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary determination of serum albumin followed by assay of index of its binding capacity reserve as percent with respect to effective albumin concentration to total albumin concentration. At value of binding albumin reserve less 80% the transport function of albumin is considered to be insufficient and the preparation of 5-10% albumin is administrated in the age therapeutic dose, 2 times per 24 h for toxicogenic poisoning phase up to normalization of this index. At value 80% and above transport function of albumin is estimated to be normal and therapy is carried out without administration of albumin preparation. Invention provides the enhancement of compensatory capacity of body and to reduce treatment period. Invention can be used for adaptation of children body in exogenous intoxications. EFFECT: improved and enhanced method for adaptation. 1 tbl, 2 ex
