FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of sugar syrup with precondensed milk at temperature of 78-84 C, aftercondensation of mixture up to 50-70% of mass part of dry substances. Precondensation is carried out up to 50-70% of mass part of dry substances. Introduced in product are stabilizer "Mayprogen NO-921" in amount of 0.1-1.0% preliminarily mixed with sugar in ratio 1:3, and fruit-and-berry filler in amount of 5-15% to product mass in the process of cooling at temperature of 30-50 C, or in sugar syrup at temperature of 75-98 C before mixing it with precondensed milk with the preparation of product of the following content, mas.%: saccharose, 20.0-30.0; fat, 0.5-1.0; protein, 6.5-8.0; lactose, 8.5-10.0; water, the balance. EFFECT: increased content of carbohydrates and higher storage life.
