FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to baby nutrient products. Milk stock is normalized to weight ratio of fat to fraction of dry degreased milk residue in final product between 0.09 and 0.5. Mixture is then pasteurized, concentrated, and receives licopine in quantity 0.02 to 0.04% in final product in the form of fat composition prepared at ratio of oil preparation of licopine to vegetable oil from 1:9 to 1: 20. Further, ascorbic acid in quantity 0.005% based on solid product substances is added in the form of 1-2% aqueous solution. Mixture is homogenized and utilized as final product or dried. Sugar syrup with 60-75% sucrose can be added to 3-25% content in final product. Licopine level is determined in product sample after dilution with water, triple extraction, removal of solvent, addition of organic mixture, and chromatography.
