FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting lymph into measuring reservoir within a given time interval. The measuring reservoir for collecting lymph is connected to the second closed reservoir and the connection is sealed. The second reservoir is partially filled with any blood substitution agent or autolymph cleaned during lymph sorption period. Both reservoirs are set at the level of lymphatic duct exit. Catheter end is introduced into subclavicular vein at the level of branching with the internal jugular vein. The measuring reservoir being filled with lymph, it is changed for another one and changed for a new one filled with aqueous protein electrolyte mixture or cleaned autolymph. Measurements are taken during one day. The obtained data are considered to be true when being reduced to correction gradient equal to 2.5+0.2.
