FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to carry out intestinal intubation by using a nasointestinal probe. Then 400 ml of 0.03-% sodium hypochlorite solution is introduced. Exposure lasts for 10 min. Then aspiration of intestinal content is carried out. Such a procedure should be conducted 1-3 times daily for 2-4 d after operative interference. The present method combines both mechanical and electrochemical enterosorption. EFFECT: improved results of therapy.
