SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used in treating choleperitonitis complicated by endointoxication syndrome. That is ensured by laparotomy and intraoperative abdominal antiseptic sanitation. Then a sodium hypochlorite solution is introduced in the abdominal cavity, and an abdominal wall is closed. It is followed by intestinal dialysis with 0.06% sodium hypochlorite with using a double-lumen nasogastric probe. It is combined with the intravenous introduction of 0.04% sodium hypochlorite. The volume of sodium hypochlorite introduced intravenously, in the abdominal cavity and in the jejunal lumen is specified as 1/10 of the total blood volume. Sodium hypochlorite is introduced intravenously and in the jejunal lumen every 24 hours, but no more than three times.

EFFECT: method enables substantially reducing endointoxication, and also arresting a systemic inflammatory response accompanying bilious peritonitis due to a soft intra- and extracorporeal effect of sodium hypochlorite according to the specific procedure.
