FIELD: complex mechanization means. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for machining of different surfaces at different heights without use of scaffolding, ladders, etc. according to proposed invention, movable machine comprises working member with drive mounted on support pillar, drive and lifting-lowering mechanism mounted on trolley. Machine has jig comprising driven working member, inner and outer disks secured on concentric shafts of reduction gear motor rotating in opposite directions. Reduction gear motor is installed in holder for axial displacement. Sleeves are installed in holder housing along axis of symmetry in which spring-loaded rods are fitted whose supports engage with housing of reduction gear motor. Holder is installed on fixed guides of carrying girder for reciprocation. Drive is made in form of reversible electric motor mechanically connected by pull wire rope with holder, guide rollers and limit switches. Lifting-lowering mechanism is made in form of hydraulic cylinder with turning mechanism provided with reversible electric motor mechanically coupled with worm pair whose worm wheel is rigidly connected with hydraulic cylinder, and slewing circle with support rollers. Slewing circle is connected with double socle girder by means of movable supports and hydraulic cylinder. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced cost of machining. 8 dwg
