HYDRAULIC SYSTEM TANK Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic systems of excavating machines. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system working fluid tank includes section 1 having cover 9 with built- in filter-breather 6 and seal 10, suction hole 4 of additional pump, drainage collecting hole 5; section 1 is separated from section 2 by means of tight partition 3 with overflow valve 7 built in it and adjusting device 8. Section 2 has over 11 with seal 12. Tank is also provided with airtight hood 13 for forming air cushion under pressure whose volume exceeds difference of volumes of hydraulic cylinder cavities by 1 1/2 times. It is provided with funnel-shaped partition 24 with hole 18 in central portion and labyrinth 25 for collecting the air separated over periphery. Tank is also provided with suction hole 14 fitted with shut-off member 15 and pipe line 16 with working fluid flow scatterer 17 located under hole 18 in hood 13. Main drain hole 19 is fitted with built-in check valve 22; hole 23 is used for replenishment of hydraulic drive. Besides that, hermetic section 2 has 26 for overflow of delivery of main pump which is fitted with check valve 27. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 2 dwg
