FIELD: fire decontamination of industrial liquid, gaseous and solid wastes; chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: incinerator has cylindrical housing enclosed in casing, pipe lines for delivery of wastes and air made in form of tangential inlets, air supply chamber mounted between wall of housing and casing and made in form of tube whose perforated surface changes to corrugated surface. Ratio of length of corrugated surface to length of perforated surface is no less than 0.2 and total area of perforations is no less than 1.2 of flow section of perforated pipe line. Pipe lines for delivery of wastes and main and additional air are located coaxially relative to one another and to air supply chamber; they are interconnected by means of several radial plates smoothly distributed over circle; additional air supply pipe line is connected with air supply chamber through cone-shaped valve at adjustable clearance.
