FIELD: measurement technology, conversion of controllable physical parameter to electric signal. SUBSTANCE: given converter presents self-oscillation system with combination interaction of signals of three frequencies. Converter includes reference generator and closed circuit of two mixers, controllable bandpass amplifier and equivalent amplifier. Controlling input of controllable bandpass amplifier is connected to pickup. Equivalent bandpass amplifier is formed by four bandpass amplifiers and two mixers. Converter also incorporates unit measuring phase. Signal of difference between signal from output of controllable bandpass amplifier and signal from output of equivalent bandpass amplifier goes to one input of unit measuring phase. Unit measuring phase measures phase shift between difference signal and signal of reference generator. EFFECT: instrument converter demonstrates high sensitivity to little changes of parameters of pickup when gain-bandwidth products are utilized. 1 dwg
