SUBSTANCE: method for converting periodic signal frequency deviation includes multiplication of input signal and first signal to be synchronized, separation of second difference-frequency sync signal used for synchronizing second signal to be synchronized, multiplication of input signal and second signal being synchronized, separation of first difference- or sum-frequency sync signal used for synchronizing first signal to be synchronized, multiplication of signals being synchronized, and separation of difference- or sum-frequency output signal; in addition initial phase of one of sync signals is converted.
