SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for converting frequency deviation to phase deviation with any desired conversion ratio has three mixers 1, 4, 7, three bandpass amplifiers 2, 5, 6, initial phase converter 3, and recorder 8. Initial phase converter has two mixers 9, 10, bandpass amplifier 11, and multistage bandpass amplifier 12.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of device.
