FIELD: measurement technology, metering of heat consumption in flats of residence buildings fitted with district heating. SUBSTANCE: house thermal meter has thermal tubes, throttling orifice and controllable throttle. Throttling orifice with calibrated hole is put on vertical section of tube, overflow and feed valves are positioned under it. Controllable throttle is mounted on horizontal section of tube after throttling orifice. Heat extraction unit of forward and backward pipe-lines is coupled to evaporation zone of thermal tube. Condensation zone terminates in measuring vessel coming in the form of cone. Cone carries uniform scale and is installed with vertex downwards. Release valve is attached to vertex. EFFECT: simplified design and diminished manufacturing cost of house thermal meter. 4 dwg
