FIELD: mechanical engineering; air conditioning and ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create comfortable microclimate in residential, office and production rooms. Proposed air conditioning system with heat exchange devices contains heat exchangers installed in tandem at intake, external recirculated air mixing chamber, sprinkling chamber, fan, plenum air enthalpy control pickup, air valve to regulate getting of recirculated air, season selectors, heated water pump, pump of water cooled by evaporation, cooling tower, connecting pipelines, water heat exchanger for use process water waste heat and automatic cooled water flow rate control valve. Sprinkling chamber is made in form of rotor heat-mass exchanger and is provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes arranged in housing, rotating disks secured on shaft whose lower parts are in pan with water. Disks are interconnected by studs through washers and are made of wettable material, thickness from 0.5 to 1.0 mm, and shaft with disks rotated by motor in direction of air flow at frequency of 4 to 24 min-1. Disks can be made corrugated or flat. Protective lips arranged in housing are designed to decrease drop train. Pan with liquid is connected with pipeline with ball valve and overflow pipeline. Each nozzle consists of housing with intake hole, cover, sealing gasket between housing and cover, spring arranged between cover and swirler made in form of cup turned upside down installed with ring clearance relative to housing. At least two rows of throttling holes are made in swirler. Each row is provided with at least two tangential throttling holes uniformly spaced along ring wall of swirler. Nozzle insert in form of conical washer with calibrated conical hole coaxial with cylindrical surface of swirler and taper reverse to taper of conical washer of insert is installed in lower part of housing.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of dust entrapping process owing to increased degree of liquid spraying by nozzles.
