FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spackling mixtures used in finishing leveling of internal surfaces in buildings and constructions made of cellular concrete, among them, gas-ash-concrete of autoclave hardening, and ceramic and silicate bricks, expanded clay aggregate-concrete and concrete. Proposed dry mortar mixture comprising binding agent, filling agent, calcium-containing component, water-soluble cellulose thickening agent, redispersion powder and hydrophobizing additive involves lime-ash additive as a binding agent of the following composition: lime and fly ash from Reftinskaya hydroelectric power plant in the ratio 1:1; fly ash from Reftinskaya hydroelectric power plant as a filling agent; ground marble as a calcium-containing component; cellulose ester Walogel MKX 25000 PF50L as a water-soluble cellulose thickening agent; redispersion powder as monomers of vinyl acetate, ethylene, polyvinyl alcohol - RPP Mowilith Pulver DM1142P, hydrophobizing additive as sodium oleate and calcium stearate and, additionally, - anti-foaming agent as liquid hydrocarbon polyglycols - Agitan P801, and superplasticizing agent as sulfomelaminformaldehyde - Melment F10 in the following ratio of components, mas. p. p.: indicated lime-ash binding agent, 4.00-5.00; fly ash from Reftinskaya hydroelectric power plant, 87.45-89.60; ground marble, 4.50-5.00; indicated cellulose ester, 0.15-0.25; RPP Mowilith Pulver DM1142P, 1.50-1.85; sodium oleate, 0.05-0.10; calcium stearate, 0.05-0.10; anti-foaming agent Agitan P801, 0.10-0.15, and superplasticizing agent Melment F10, 0.05-0.10. Invention provides expanding field in using dry mortar mixture for spackling of internal surfaces of buildings and constructions made of cellular concrete, among them, gas-ash-concrete of autoclave hardening, reducing its cost and improving ecology based on utilization of waste from hydroelectric power plant.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of mixture.
