SUBSTANCE: flow-type filter element has tube with porous capillary wall made of polyethylene with additives from mixture of pressed activated granulated coking coal and granules of ion-exchange and iodine-containing resin. Tube accommodates cylindrical insert-rod secured at tube ends by means of device having washers from nonporous material. Insert-rod is made from material with magnetic properties.
