FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to subsurface structures cathode protection of corrosion and to direct current transfer under system "lead-earth" and could be used at construction of anode and cathode direct current system-earthings. The earthing lead comprises slightly soluble electrode and current feedthrough made in compound-filled electrode butt indent in which the lead central core is caulked. The compound is multilayered at that the inner layers are composed by turns hydrophobic and adhesive in such a way that adhesive layer contacts with inner layer and the latter is made of elastic material.
EFFECT: reliability increasing; simplification of earth electrode design.
