FIELD: devices for fluid metering and supply. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel, shaft, rear seal, shock absorber, piston and single-pass valve. Rear seal is made for tight closing of the first vessel end and motion along shaft. Valve is located on the second end of vessel. Piston is secured at one shaft end and located between valve and shock absorber which is also secured to shaft and located between piston rear seal to ensure open and closed piston positions. Open piston position ensures communication between valve and vessel part between piston and rear seal. Motion of piston between open and closed positions is ensured by motion of shaft along its own axis. Pressure in zone between valve and piston reduces when piston moves from its closed to its open positions. Shock absorber in folded in said case. Single flow of fluid from vessel part located between shock absorber and rear seal and vessel part located on the other side of shock absorber passes through connecting channel in shock absorber when piston moves from its open to closed positions.
