FIELD: production of cord-type explosion facilities. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding dosed amount of active substance through tube; extruding cord enclosure by means of forming tool core; providing free tightening of enclosure and simultaneously covering its internal surface with thin layer of active substance; cooling and receiving cord. Active substance is fed into zone adjoining to leading end of free tightening zone, through which cord plastic enclosure is extruded. Concentric gap is formed between forming tool core and tube for sucking air from atmosphere into enclosure channel by vacuum created in enclosure channel during continuous extrusion thereof to provide for removal of suspended particles of active substance from said gap. Method allows detonating cord with increased adhesion of particles of active substance to material of internal surface of cord enclosure to be produced.
