FIELD: hydrometallurgy; methods of processing electrolytes containing noble metals. SUBSTANCE: electrodialysis process is performed in three stages by means of soluble anodes. Third stage of electrodialysis is performed at current density of 150 A/sq m and below till complete discontinuation of electrodialysis process and electric decomposition of catholyte accompanied by formation of waste solutions containing non-ferrous and noble metals in the amount not exceeding 10 mg/l at pH equal to 7.5-8.5. Proposed method ensures formation of cathode sediments containing more than 90% of gold, silver, copper and waste solutions practically free from acid (pH = 7.5-8.5) and noble and non-ferrous metals ( total amount of noble and non-ferrous metals is less than 10 mg/l). EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 tbl
