FIELD: devices for drilling with coring and preservation of formation medium. SUBSTANCE: core barrel has body with core drilling bit. Body accommodates shell, sealing unit of its lower part with core drilling bit and shell sealing upper end, suspension unit with circulation holes. Core receiver with core catcher unit in lower part is located in shell and connected with it by means of radial support and installed in suspension unit for axial rotation with the help of rolling bearing. Installed in core receiver cavity is hollow piston with circulation holes in lower part. Piston cavity is filled with sealing or preservation compound. Rod with axial channel and radial holes communicated with it, is coaxial to bushing with radial holes. Bushing is locked in core receiver cavity by means of lock with ball locking members and comes in contact with core receiver through seal. Lock locking members when locking bushing relative to rod are located in radial groove on rod external surface. Rod upper part is located in piston cavity and forms plunger couple together with it. Rod lower part is engageable with sealing unit and has bypassing channel of bidirectional action and spring-loaded lock for engagement with shell. Rod part below sealing unit has a smaller diameter. Communicating cavities of shell and core receiver are filled with isolating fluid. Suspension unit and rod lower part have filling holes with plugs. EFFECT: extended operating potentialities of core barrel, higher information content and recovery of core sample, and consequently, higher efficiency of drilling with coring. 6 cl, 2 dwg
