FIELD: power generation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for generation of mechanical and electric energy. It comprises intake structure providing intake and outlet of air designed for combustion of fuel in combustion chamber with jet nozzles, rotor with axis of rotation stretched radially outside from said axis of rotation towards rotor external end and adapted for rotation relative to said axis of rotation. It has also stationary peripheral wall arranged radially outside rotor external end and ramjet engine modules. Ramjet engine modules comprise rotary section secured on outer end of said rotor setting into rotation the shaft laid along said axis of rotation, and stationary section of peripheral wall. Rotary section of one or each of several ramjet engine modules and stationary section of peripheral wall interact for compressing amount of air in between, oxidizing supplied fuel and developing traction forces by working gases to turn said rotor. Invention makes it possible to create power plant driven by ramjet engine capable of withstanding stresses and deformations arising at high speeds of rotation.
