FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is designed for use in communications systems for digital data transmission and in digital signal receivers unmatched with respect to phase and frequency, as well as in digital message transmission systems operating in multiple access burst mode, including day-to-day digital communication systems of railways. Synchronization circuits are set up of two parallel-connected transmission systems of first and second layers formed from synchronous digital hierarchy components; switching stations incorporating bridge station and intermediate-center station are connected to first-layer transmission system; synchronization circuits are divided into local sections assembled of second-layer transmission system components followed by connection of first-layer transmission system components, and synchronization from respective secondary master oscillator; sync signals are synchronously transmitted to generators of intermediate-center stations over local sections of synchronization circuit from second-layer transmission system through respective generators of bridge stations to first-layer transmission system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of transient processes and self-descriptiveness. 2 cl, 1 dwg
