FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: system is built around group formation principle with 64 Kbit/s interval separate dispatcher communication channel whereto connected are, via digital switching stations, all users at intermediate railroad stations. Proposed system comprises two-level loop-type architecture based on upper and lower level rings using, at least, one primary digital channel. Traffic control centres accommodate command switching stations of control centres and central switching station for dispatcher communication. Local operation control centres have switching station with, at least, 12 E1 interfaces E1. Control switching stations are connected via E1 flows of upper level rings with bridge stations of lower level rings. Central switching station for dispatcher communication is connected with local communication centres via a segment of circuit operated by switching principle, and with digital lines supporting EDSS-1 signaling. Local operation centre is connected, via E1 flow, with bridge station of lower level rings. Aforesaid bridge stations allow peripheral users to be connected to their telephone terminals in the limits of lower lever rings.
