FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: ECG monitoring is carried out at the state of rest and loading tests. Rhythmocardiogram is registered. Spectral power of rhythmocardiogram is analyzed. Low-frequency constituent of spectral power - LF value - is analyzed. At short-term decrease of LF value up to 40 sq.ms and lower appearing at night period during bradycardia; or at the state of rest in the afternoon not associated with either physical or emotional loading, HR or AD increase; or 10- 15 min after physical loading sampling, that is after HR normalization it is considered that episode of temporary myocardial ischemia has been developed due to dysfunction in endothelium of coronary arteries. The method is of high sensitivity, it enables to diagnose endothelial dysfunction of coronary arteries at the earliest stages of atherosclerosis development at no clinical manifestations of ischemic cardiac disease.
