SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in therapy, cardiology and functional diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Clinical and electrocardiographic examination of a patient is conducted. A staged scheme of examination of a patient is used. At the first stage clinical examination is conducted, at the second the Holter ECG monitoring is conducted, at the third echocardiography is conducted, at the fourth stage the stress test is conducted, at the fifth stage the signal - averaged ECG heart rate variability is analysed. At each stage predictors of high risk of occurrence of life-threatening complications in patients with chronic coronary artery disease with methods of multivariate statistical analysis are distinguished. Poor prognosis of coronary heart disease is predicted along with detected certain diagnostic evidences at different stages of the study.

EFFECT: method provides more accurate prediction of coronary heart disease.
