FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing penetrating sinusotrabeculectomy. Superficial scleral flap is cut out and separated by means of ultrasonic scalpel and ultrasonic round knife with gradually growing amplitude enough for obtaining required cutting and coagulating result. After the flap having been separated, the internal surface is smoothed with an additional ultrasonic treatment. Deep sclera layer and corneoscleral trabecular strip are excised with blade. When suturing conjunctiva, additional interrupted sutures are put in on the conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 4 dwg
