Dopamine and sodium pyrosulfite are dissolved in water for injection at temperature 25-30 C, pH value of solution is brought about to 3.5-4 with 0.1 M solution of hydrochloric acid solution, treated with clearing activated carbon, filtered through membrane filter with pores size 0.2 mcm under pressure 0.8 kgf/cm² followed by package and sterilization of solution at 100 C for 30 min.
