SUBSTANCE: method involves making simvastatin-containing core, microcrystalline cellulose and accessory additives by mixing indicated components, granulation, application of polymeric coating on prepared core and drying tablet. Microcrystalline cellulose is used in the amount 4.8-5.2% of total weight of tablet. Potato starch and lactose in the ratio = 1 : (6.0-6.5) are used as accessory substances. Prepared mixture is granulated and polymeric coating as solution containing mean-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked homopolymer of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, citric acid and ascorbic acid taken in the ratio = 1 : (0.7-0.8) : (0.3-0.33) : (0.65-0.7), respectively, is applied uniformly on the core in the total amount of solution 10-12% of total weight.
