FIELD: medicine, phytotherapy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development o agents of vegetable origin used for treatment of patients with systemic diseases of lower and upper limb. Invention proposes two variants of agent. The first variant presents 20% an aqueous-spirituous extract of medicinal plants and the second variant presents an aqueous extract of medicinal plants. Proposed agents can be used in treatment of obliterating endarteritis, thrombonagiitis, arteriosis, atherosclerosis and so on. Oral intake of aqueous and aqueous- -spirituous extracts results to inhibition of chain of pathogenetic responses of said pathology, activation of compensatory mechanisms, relief of ischemia, recovery of nervous trophics and clinical recovery: healing trophic ulcers and gangrenous sites, pain relieve, skin color normalization, limb heating, normalization of muscle tone.
