The preparations are subjected to electrolysis with DC in the course or after completing hydrolysis. After completing electrolysis and hydrolysis, pH adjustment is carried out when needed using neutralization method. Electrolysis is carried out with DC of 50±5 W voltage and 0,5±0,1 A/cm2. electric current intensity. PH adjustment is carried out by diluting the obtained product.
