FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of members of bodies of ships, crafts and other complex-shape constructions. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying compression efforts along curvature lines; providing identical pushing-effort lines along long side of sheet blank; performing bending of sheet blank having zero Gaussian curvature at constant pressure; at bending sheet blank with preset double curvature, changing effort in proportion to squared distance from long edge of sheet blank; applying reduction load at constant effort in range of surface areas of sheet blank in such a way that maximum increase of residual necking deformation in each area does not exceed preset value; realizing pressing down while overlapping traces of punch action upon blank surface by value equal to 0.15 of trace size in predetermined direction; at applying rotary local loads, overlapping tracks caused by plastic deformation of blank surface by value equal to 0.15 of track width.
