APPARATUS FOR REPROFILING MATERIALS WITH WAVY PROFILE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely continuous reprofiling of materials with wavy profile. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes levers supporting shaped material and placed normally to their motion direction; reprofiling levers mounted on rotary endless chain transmission with possibility of motion relative to said transmission; levers of counterdie mounted on another rotary endless chain transmission with possibility of motion relative to it. Profile of levers of counterdie is completely complemented by profile of reprofiling levers. Levers of counterdie and reprofiling levers are arranged respectively at both sides of plane of supporting levers in such a way that several of said levers are placed opposite one to another. Translatory motion of reprofiling levers and levers of counterdie placed one opposite to another is realized in direction normal to plane including supporting levers.
