FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the use of molded ridge tiles made of bitumen-impregnated cellulose for roof decking. The ridge tile has an oblong form in the direction of its length and comprises a downward directed perpendicular symmetrical concave central section extending laterally and symmetrically on each side by two downward directed inclined plane flanges outside the central section. The flanges are arranged on two flat surfaces intersected at the inner downward directed corner between the flanges, wherein the flanges are designed so that they are superimposed on the flat surface on two flat slopes of the V-shaped roof angled upward along the corner connection between the said two slopes. The roof slopes set a certain angle of the ridge between them. In the absence of deformation voltage, the internal angle between the flanges is 106 degrees ± 10 degrees, i.e. the flange angle relative to the horizontal is 37 degrees ± 5 degrees.
EFFECT: invention enhances the operating characteristics of the tile.
