FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: automatic machine comprises facilities for continuous corrugation of at least one first web, which is transported in longitudinal direction. Besides machine comprises facilities for supply of the second flat web in coordination with the first web. Facilities for connection of at least one first web and the second web in discrete areas. At that facilities for continuous corrugation of at least one first web comprise coil for supply of at least one specified first web, which should be inserted between upper conveyor and lower conveyor. Besides upper conveyor comprises multiple upper rods, which are installed between lower rods installed in lower conveyor. Besides upper rods and lower rods are mutually alternated, and are in turns coupled with opposite sides of the first web, which accordingly takes the wavy shape. Besides lower rods are adapted for movement along directions that are substantially parallel to direction of upper rods location and substantially perpendicular to direction of conveyor movement. Invention is also related to method for production of corrugated sheet-shaped elements.
EFFECT: creation of machine, which provides for continuous and efficient manufacture of corrugated sheet-like elements, at that maintaining high reliability and safety in application, besides this machine is simple in manufacturing.
