Water-containing explosive substance comprises the following components, wt.-%: ammonium nitrate, 73; trotyl, 15; carbamide, 4; water 8 taken in the ratio providing zero oxygen balance. Invention is directed on the development of explosive substance with enhanced explosive indices.
