FIELD: mining industry when drilling and blasting operations are carried out, for mechanized charging of descending flooded boreholes with water-containing suspension explosives on the basis of water-soluble oxidants (ammonium nitrate etc). SUBSTANCE: water-containing explosive representing a thick disperse system that practically cannot be freely conveyed through a hose, especially in a hot state, in the stage of preparation is divided into liquid (oxidant solution) and solid phases, and then separately (in phases) is conveyed through two charging hoses to the flooded borehole - under a special coffer-dam installed in the bottom part of the bore-hole and secured at the ends of the charging hoses. Both hoses in the bore-hole may be combined into one common hose. The coffer-dam overlapping the borehole in cross-section and moved upwards together with the hoses in the course of charging isolates the zone of charge formation from water column from the very beginning and up to the end of feed of charge components, which prevents any loss of oxidant in the process of charging.
