FIELD: metallurgy, may be used in aviation, ship building industry, power machine construction. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating parts, preferably parts manufactured from high-temperature alloys with narrow internal channels, to processing temperature and providing diffusion holding, during which gaseous medium is caused to circulate through parts, with gaseous medium flow speed being periodically changed; gradually increasing gaseous medium flow speed to maximal value; providing holding for 5-10 min; gradually reducing gaseous medium flow speed to 0.5-0.7 of maximal value; holding for 3-10 min and gradually increasing is flow speed to maximal value. Method provides for diffusion saturation of surface layers of materials and allows predetermined ratio of coat thickness on internal and external surfaces of parts to be obtained.
