FIELD: chemical thermal treatment of parts made for heat-resistant alloys having long narrow inner passages. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of diffusion saturation of parts in circulating gaseous medium includes heating parts to temperature of treatment and holding them at heat for diffusion saturation. In the course of diffusion saturation holding, gaseous medium is set in forced circulation. Zone is increased pressure of saturating gaseous medium is formed above grate holding the parts.
