SUBSTANCE: method involves laying drainage system with converging drain lines, sampling pit apparatus, observation flaps, and sewage sites on ground under observation; sampling drain and surface sewage; determining content of contaminants in samples and comparing obtained data with admissible values; dividing ground under observation into zones and laying out observation sections extending axially of said zones and transverse to drains; laying bundles of drains along converging lines, each of said drains being designed for draining of individual zone; furnishing drain within related zone with water intake openings; establishing sampling pits in mouth part of drain bundles.
