SUBSTANCE: method consists in acting on liquid by gas jet, thus forming depression on its surface; then, depth of this depression is measured and parameter being measured is determined, after which fuel and oxidant are mixed in gaseous state; gas mixture is ignited and gas jet at preset kinetic properties is formed from ignited gas mixture and gaseous thinner.
