FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is divided into groups, each containing n- galvanically joined accumulators. The device has N measuring units to be connected to corresponding accumulator group. The measuring units have switchboard having n analog inputs in each of switchboard channels and differential amplifier of measuring unit. Outputs of the first and the second switchboard channels are connected to non-inverting and inverting inputs of differential amplifier, respectively. Each measuring unit has its own autonomous power supply source common point of which is to be connected to the common point of the corresponding accumulator group. The device also has distributor unit, galvanic decoupling unit, comparison circuit and reference voltage source connected to one of comparison circuit inputs which output is connected to distributor inputs. Common negative bus for connecting n galvanically bound accumulators is connected to common point of comparison circuit. Output and common point of every preceding measuring unit of higher order number are connected to the first analog inputs of the first and the second switch board channel of the next measuring unit, respectively. Output and common point of the first measuring unit are connected to the second input of comparison circuit and common negative bus for making connection to accumulator battery, respectively. The other analog inputs of the first and the second switchboard channels in each measuring unit are connected to positive and negative outputs of the corresponding accumulators in group, respectively. The leading and trailing positions of the distributor unit are connected to the inputs of newly introduced switchboard control unit. Address inputs of the first measuring unit switchboard are directly connected to the outputs of the switchboard control unit; its other outputs are connected to address inputs of the other switchboards via galvanic decoupling unit. The control unit controls sequential switching of measuring units from subtraction mode to accumulator voltage measuring mode by means of leading positions of the distributing unit and allows the trailing positions to control address inputs of the same switchboard set into measuring mode. The control unit performs subtraction of total voltage of corresponding higher order number accumulator group from previous accumulator group measuring unit output voltage. EFFECT: high reliability. 1 dwg
