SUBSTANCE: charge-discharge device has first and second filter capacitors, first, second, and third MIS transistors, first, second, and third diodes; first MIS transistor drain and first diode cathode are connected to first lead of first filter capacitor; first MIS transistor source and first diode anode are connected to first lead of choke, to second MIS transistor drain, and to second diode cathode; second MIS transistor source and second diode anode are connected to second leads of first and second filter capacitors, to third diode anode, and to common wire of circuit; third MIS transistor source is connected to second lead of choke and to third diode cathode and its drain, to first lead of second filter capacitor; leads of first filter capacitor are designed for connecting storage battery and leads of second filter capacitor, for connecting power supply and load; fourth MIS transistor and fourth diode have their drain and anode, respectively, connected to second lead of choke; fourth MIS transistor source is connected to common wire of circuit and fourth diode cathode, to third MIS transistor drain.
