FIELD: secondary power supplies for electronic equipment; primary supplies of solar batteries. SUBSTANCE: device has power module incorporating isolating diode 7 and capacitor 8. Power transformer primary windings 3, 5 are connected through power transistors 2, 6 to common bus. Junction point of primary windings 3, 5 is connected through fuse 4 to anode of isolating diode 7. Power transformer secondary windings 11, 12 are connected through rectifier diodes 13, 14 and choke 16 to load 19. The latter is connected through booster capacitor 15 to junction point of power transformer secondary windings 11, 12. Control circuit of transistors 2, 6 generates control signals by means of latitude-hluse regulator 29, comparing voltage across power-module resistive dividers 9, 10; 17, 18 with setting voltage signal of booster capacitor, reference voltage across load 19, and booster capacitor turn-on signal. EFFECT: provision for maximal solar- battery power take-off and transfer of solar-battery working point to maximal power area. 1 cl, 27 dwg
